Checkin & Checkout
Guest checkin is from 4pm and checkout is 11am.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your room you can do so free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the checkin time and date, however if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice we reserve the right to charge for the first nights stay of each room you have booked. Group bookings will require a deposit and the cancellation period is 2 weeks prior to checkin for more than 6 rooms.
When guests book directly with us over the phone or via email, we are able to cancel bookings upon your notification, however we cannot cancel bookings if they are made with online booking agents, please contact your booking agent to cancel.
